Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Include all original packaging

• Be in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or customized products

• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
